Spin Doctor Lippage Control System 250 Kit with NEW Anti-Fatigue Tool

Spin Doctor is quicker and more easily used by first time installers and seasoned pros alike.

This Tile Leveling System utilizes three easy to use components: a Rotating Cap, Threaded Spacer Post (Post sizes, 1/16″ and 1/8″, 3/16, 1/32), and Anti-Friction Shield (optional).

1/32” (1 mm) Red Breakaway Threaded Spacer Post NEW
The 1/32” Spin Doctor Kit is ideal for the installation of Gauged Porcelain Tile Panels (GPTP) and complies with the ANSI A108.19 standard for installation in accordance with spacing and lippage tuning systems.

1/16” (1.5 mm) White Breakaway Threaded Spacer Post
The 1/16” Spin Doctor Kit is designed to be used as a spacer and lippage reducer when installing Grade A tile and stone that is manufactured with minimal to no size variation.

1/8” (3 mm) Black Breakaway Threaded Spacer Post
The 1/8” Spin Doctor Kit is perfect for most installations that require the use of sanded or epoxy grout, and for materials with size variations of 1/32” or less.

3/16” (5mm) Gray Breakaway Threaded Spacer Post NEW
The 3/16” Spin Doctor Kit is optimal when installing irregular tile or pieces with size variations greater than 1/32” but less than 1/16”.

Easy Step by Step Installation Instructions
1. Insert the threaded spacer posts beneath each exposed edge of the tile, making sure there is direct contact between the spacer and the tile with no mortar in between. Position the spacer posts to best suit the tile size and layout.

2. Install the adjacent tile against the already inserted threaded spacer posts. Slide the tile back and forth or use a rubber mallet to bed the tile into the mortar while releasing air trapped below.

3. Place the rotating cap on the top of the threaded spacer post and easily spin the cap down to the tile surface in seconds. Tighten cap as needed until all adjacent surfaces are flush.

4. After mortar is cured to the manufacturer’s specification, the caps, threaded spacer posts, and Anti-Friction Shields can be removed by kicking the pieces or using a rubber mallet in the same direction as the grout joint.
