We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Although we offer free shipping when you order, the actual shipping costs we pay to the carrier will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned.

For most standard-size orders, this cost is typically around $25. Larger or heavier items—such as linear drains 40" and longer—may incur higher shipping costs, and the exact amount will be deducted accordingly.

This approach allows us to continue offering free shipping and competitive pricing while keeping our costs sustainable.

Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow your bank or credit card provider time to complete the transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products
